RecruitArmy.com is the only recruiting Website built exclusively for transitioning and veteran Army personnel. As former military, RecruitArmy.com executives know that transitioning and Army veterans have the skills, experiences, and attributes necessary to succeed in every occupation and industry. The site is designed to help corporations find, screen, contact, and ultimately hire those men and women, using extremely powerful software.

Employers who wish to hire those who have served in the Army often ask us whether our job candidates include former Army who have already begun their civilian careers. The answer is "Yes!" We refer to those men and women as "Army veterans." By "transitioning Army," we mean either an individual who will leave the Army very shortly or a person who left the Army very recently and has not yet begun a civilian career.

RecruitArmy.com contains a wealth of information on transitioning soldiers and Army veterans who have registered there. The site maintains high numbers of registrants because RecruitArmy.com gives Army men and women several strong inducements to register. Those include free access to all posted jobs, personal skills translators, pay calculators, resume and cover letter builders, and software for creating and managing numerous resumes. Army veterans can also go outside the electronic system, applying directly to employers that have posted jobs.
